Clan Roastery’s agreement to supply the goods in your online order cannot be taken as a contract unless and until Clan confirms that your order has been despatched. Such confirmation will be in the form of an e-mail to the e-mail address provided by you at the time of the order.

Items cannot be bought for resale without prior permission. Clan Roastery reserves the right not to complete any order without giving a reason, providing that the monies have not been taken or a full refund is given.

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact Clan Roastery directly by phone or e-mail as soon as possible. If your order has not been packed yet then Clan Roastery will cancel your order and refund you in full immediately. Please see Delivery for a guide to how long the window between order and despatch is likely to be.

Clan Roastery are committed to providing you with the highest quality coffee. If, however, you are dissatisfied with any product you have bought, please contact us. Please be aware we are unable to accept returns.

If goods are damaged, or if you receive a product that you did not order, Clan Roastery will provide you with a full refund or replacement provided you notify us within 14 days of receiving the goods. In this eventuality, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can arrange for the correct coffee to be sent out.

Clan Roastery uses PayPal as our secure online payment processor.

All major credit cards (Visa/Delta/Electron, MasterCard/Eurocard, American Express, Switch/Maestro, Solo) and PayPal are accepted. A PayPal account is not required and you do not need to create one.

You will be redirected to PayPal’s secure site to complete your checkout.

When you pay for your order online you are connected to a secure server. The secure server software encrypts all information you input which means that any sensitive information such as your credit or debit card details cannot be intercepted or seen by anyone except the Payment Service Provider, PayPal. Clan Roastery never sees your card details and they are not passed to the Clan Roasterys Website.

Orders received Monday – Thursday will be posted the day after ordering.

Orders received on Friday will be put on Mondays roast list & posted Monday.

Orders received over the weekend will be posted Monday.
